ISL78424AVEZ-T7A Overview
For greater flexibility, its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 8V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~140°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.The board has 14 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 100V.There are several gate drivers in the ISL78424 series, including this one.
