ISL78201AVEZ-T Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~105°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 200kHz~2.2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 2.5A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 40V. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As a member of the ISL78201 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The maximal output voltage of 38V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family. Switching regulators with the PFM TECHNIQUE ALSO USED feature are more efficient and stable than those without.
