ISL68301IRAZT7AR5825 Overview
It comes in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 4.75V ~ 16V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) dc switcher is not a problem. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 200kHz ~ 1MHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start, Tracking. Digital-DC™ is a series of dc to dc voltage regulator. Its supplier dc dc controller package would be 24-QFN (4x4).
