ISL68301IRAZT7AR5824 Overview
In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.75V ~ 16V volts and has 4.75V ~ 16V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). It can switch at 200kHz ~ 1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the Digital-DC™ series. There would be 24-QFN (4x4) supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
