ISL68301IRAZT7AR5823 Overview
The switching controller fits in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.75V ~ 16V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz ~ 1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start, Tracking which allows efficient switching control. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series Digital-DC™. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 24-QFN (4x4).
