ISL68301IRAZ-TR5825 Overview
Capsuled in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A total of PWM Signal dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 4.75V ~ 16V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz ~ 1MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start, Tracking. Basically, it's a dc to dc voltage regulator from the Digital-DC™ series. A 24-QFN (4x4) would be the supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
