For greater flexibility, the 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V ~ 5.5V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C ~ 85°C.The input type is Non-Inverting.There can be a voltage up to 36 V on the high-side (Bootstrap).The gate driver belongs to the - series.
