ISL6526IRZ-TKS2779 Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 2.97V ~ 3.63V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power On Reset, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Thare are switch converters of the - series. It would be 16-QFN (5x5) for this part's supplier dc dc controller package.
