ISL6377HRZ Overview
A total of 2outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tube packages. An output voltage of 0.5V~1.55V is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, AMD Fusion™ CPU GPU. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -10°C~100°C to prevent malfunctions.
