IRSM515-055PA Overview
In this package, Tube is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 32-PowerSMD Module, 23 Leads package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 13.5V~16.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -40°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.AC Motors is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Bootstrap Circuit.A H-bridge belonging to the µIPM™-DIP series, it is an electronic H-bridge.Onput current that reaches 15A at maximum.Currently, 2.4A current flows through the output and power supply pins.To provide high efficiency, the supply voltage is maintained at 16.5V.A voltage of 500V is released by the Hbridge.
