IRSM515-025PA Overview
H bridge is packaged using Tube.H bridge is provided in the 32-PowerSMD Module, 23 Leads package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 13.5V~16.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including AC Motors.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit.It is a kind of electronic H-bridge belonging to the µIPM™-DIP series.The maximum amount of current which output reaches 11A.There is 4A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.The operating supply voltage is kept at 16.5V to offer high efficiency.The voltage released by the Hbridge is 500V.
