IRSM515-024DA2 Overview
To package H bridge, use Tube.In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 32-PowerDIP Module, 23 Leads package.With the 13.5V~16.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Through Hole.As long as -40°C~150°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including AC Motors.Bootstrap Circuit is another of full bridges specific characteristics.It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a 23 termination using the H bridge which matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 15V.H bridge circuit incorporates AC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.Basically, it is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the µIPM™-DIP series.Output reaches 7A at the maximum current.
