IRSM506-076DA2 Overview
Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 32-PowerDIP Module, 23 Leads package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 13.5V~16.5V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.-40°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, H gate has the following specific characteristics.23 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 15V.The analog IC type of this H bridge is AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.This is a type of electronic H-bridge that belongs to the µIPM™-DIP series.When the output reaches 15A, a maximum current is reached.
