IRSM505-055DA Overview
To package H bridge, use Tube.In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 32-PowerDIP Module, 23 Leads package.With the 13.5V~16.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Through Hole.As long as -40°C~150°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including AC Motors.The PCB is mounted wH gateh Through Hole.Bootstrap Circuit is another of full bridges specific characteristics.Basically, it is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the µIPM™-DIP series.Output reaches 15A at the maximum current.As a result of the current flowing through the output and power supply pins, there is a current of 2.4A.For the highest level of efficiency, the operating supply voltage is kept at 16.5V.The Hbridge emits a voltage of 500V.
