IRS23365DMTRPBF Overview
Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 34 Leads package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Under its base part number IRS23365, various related parts can be found.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.When designing, the device is configured with 48 pins.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 380mA.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.Its maximum power dissipation of 2W also demonstrates its maximum ability to transfer power without overheating.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 4mA.
