IR53HD420 Overview
To package H bridge, use Tube.In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 9-SIP, 7 Leads package.With the 10V~15.6V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Through Hole.As long as -55°C~150°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including AC Motors.Bootstrap Circuit, Internal Oscillator is another of full bridges specific characteristics.It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a 7 termination using the H bridge which matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line.This H bridge ic has a base H bridge ic number of IR53HD420 which allows more related H bridge ics to be identified.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 12V.12V supplies electricity to the electrical load.
