IR51HD420 Overview
For packaging, Tube is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 9-SIP, 7 Leads package.The supply voltage 10V~15.6V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Through Hole.When -55°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.Bootstrap Circuit, Internal Oscillator is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 7 terminations.Based on its base H bridge ic number of IR51HD420, more closely related H bridge ics can be found.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 12V.
