IR3891MTR1PBF Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 31-PowerVFQFN package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 300kHz~1.5MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 1V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 4A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 21V. As a member of the IR3891 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 18.06V volts. During switching regulator operation, 31 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 500mV at the very least. A maximum output current of 4A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 18.06V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 18.06V as its maximum output voltage. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the SupIRBuck® family. DC-DC switching regulator with supply voltage 21V. In order to ensure reliable performance, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 1V V is required. Operating at the high-limit maximum operating temperature 125°C makes the voltage regulator stable. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. An input voltage of 1V is the minimum voltage that it supports. At its maximum voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 21V input voltage.
