IR3847MTR1PBF Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is a 29-PowerVQFN package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 300kHz~1.5MHz. Regulator 1.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 25A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 21V. IR3847 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. The maximal output voltage of 18.06V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily. A switching DC-DC regulator, it is a member of the SupIRBuck® family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs.
