IPN10ELSXUMA1 Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-LSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4V~40V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Gate drivers of this type are included in the Automotive series.
