ICL7665CPA Overview


As you can see, this power management is mounted through 8 terminals. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Multi-Voltage Supervisor line. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Through Hole. It has a total of 8 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management has 8 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.6V for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 16V volts. A Through Hole mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be 0°C~70°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector.
