ICL7660M/D Overview
For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the Die package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -55°C~125°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 10kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 1.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin nVin Vin/2. DC DC switching regulator's 20mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 10V.
