ICL7660C/D Overview
A voltage regulator consists of 7 terminations. There is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a Die package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~70°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 10kHz. Regulator 1.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of -Vin nVin Vin/2. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 20mA. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 10V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V.
