ICE65P04F-TCB196I Overview
As part of the 196-VFBGA, CSPBGA package, it is included. A total of 148 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.14V~1.26V . It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the iCE65™ P series of FPGAs.
