ICE65P04F-TCB196C Overview
A 196-VFBGA, CSPBGA package is provided with this component. This device features 148 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 3520 logic elements/cells. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Powered by a 1.14V~1.26V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. The FPGA belongs to the iCE65™ P series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C TA. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. The RAM bits that are offered by this fpga chips are 81920. Related parts can be found by using its base part number ICE65. The FPGA module's RAM si10kBe reaches 10kB in order to ensure that the program operates in a normal manner. 196 pins are designed into the device. Fpga electronics contains 440 LABs/CLBs in an array. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 1.2V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. There is a memory of 10kB embedded in this FPGA module, which can be used for storing programs and data. Using this FPGA, you can get speeds up to 533MHz. For its operation, 45μA is used as the supply current.
