ICE65L08F-TCB284I Overview
A 284-VFBGA, CSPBGA package contains it, and it is available for download. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Its 222 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. A fundamental building block contains 7680 logic elements or cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply.
