8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), 7 Leads is the package in which the ac to dc converter is embedded.There is a AC/DC power converter of Tube available.Through Hole is mounted in the way of this AC/DC converter.It is necessary to operate the ac dc converter at a temperature of -25°C~125°C TJ °C in order for it to perform properly.When the switching frequency reaches 100kHz , the circuit is closed.The voltage range of the supply can be set to 10.5V~25V (Vcc/Vdd).There are no problem mounting the ac dc converters by Through Hole .The product is acdc converter of the CoolMOS™, CoolSET™F3R80 manufacturer family.In addition, it is included in the PG-DIP-7 package.As long as 125°C is set to its maximum value, the AC to DC power converter will run steadily.Temperatures below -25°C are not permitted for this isolated switch.
