HTCCGDC Overview
The Bulk method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, this clock generator is embedded. In this clock generator, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 20MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Through Hole allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 4.5V~5.5V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -55°C~225°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, TTL logic. It has been classified as a Clock Generator electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. There are -55°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. At 225°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. HTMOS™ series electronic parts are used in this part.
