HSDL-9001 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in QFN packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 15V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 5nA even without light input.
