HPA01091 PMIC SOT-23
HPA01091DBVR Overview
The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a SOT-23 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 5 terminations that can be connected. The regulator has a total of 1 outputs to make sure that it delivers prompt, sufficient outputs. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Depending on the chip, 5 pins may be available. For your information, part number HPA01091 is the basic part number for this voltage regulator IC. As far as the regulator type, it is a FIXED POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT LDO REGULATOR type. It operates in the 30μA Quiescent Current state. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 125°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -40°C.
