The RF amplifier has type General Purpose RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Cut Tape (CT).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 3V 5V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 65mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.16 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
