This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.LTE, WiMax RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Strip.Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 3V~5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 118mA range.With 16 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.
