HMC605LP3ETR Overview
The RF amplifier is a cost-effective NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.The RF amplifier has type WiMAX / WiBro RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Cut Tape (CT).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 3V 5V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 74mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.16 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.It has 1 total function(s).A variety of 16 terminations are available.Running the RF power Amplifier at 100°C is ideal.
