For optimal performance, this RF Switch uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package.In this RF Switch, there are 24 terminations.As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C, RF Switch should perform well.As part of the HMC596 series of regulators, the high power RF switchs can be found.The high power RF switch operation is carried out by 24 pins.The RF switch ic runs on a 200μA supply current.RF type is Cellular from the RF switch ic.RF Switch can supply voltages up to 5V.
