NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave Device Type RF Amplifier.RF type is WiMAX / WiBro from the RF amplifier.High reliability is achieved with advanced RF Amp' packaging Strip.With a packing size of 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, this RF power Amplifier is ideal for international shipping.In general, Surface Mount is recommended for mount Amplifiers RFing.It can supply voltages up to 3V 5V.The supply current needs to be operated within the range of 40mA in order to deliver its performance.A high power RF Amplifier with 16 pins is designed.A temperature of 85°C more than 85°C degrees Celsius should be maintained in the unit.
