This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.General Purpose RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Digi-Reel®.Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 2.5V~3.5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 75mA range.With 24 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.Different functions can be applied to 24 terminations.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
