An RF Amplifier with a cost-effective RF/Microwave device type of WIDE BAND LOW POWER.A RF type of GPS is provided by the RF amplifier.Using advanced packaging techniques Cut Tape (CT), high reliability is ensured.The RF power Amplifier has been packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient overseas shipping.You should mount Amplifiers RF in the way of Surface Mount.3V 5V voltage is available from the Amplifiers RF.If the supply current is operated in the range of 30mA or higher, it will provide its performance.On this high power RF Amplifier, there are 16 pins.1 functions are available in total for the RF Amplifier.A variety of functions can be performed on 16 terminations.
