A Digi-Reel® package is used in the RF Switches to optimize performance.In this RF Switch, 16 terminations are present.Keeping RF Switch's operating temperature at -55°C~85°C is essential when operating.As a member of the HMC347 family of high power RF switchs, this is a high power RF switch.During high power RF switch operation, 16 pins are used.RF switch ics with the HIGH ISOLATION feature are more efficient and stable than those without.A RF type of General Purpose is provided by the RF switch ic.
