Using the Strip package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.A RF Switch consists of 16 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -55°C~85°C.HMC347 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its HIGH ISOLATION feature.An RF switch ic with the General Purpose RF type.
