Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the RF Switches optimize the performance of the RF Switches.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.HMC345 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.An RF switch ic with the General Purpose RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 5V volts are available.
