Using the Strip package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.HMC344 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its CMOS/TTL COMPATIBLE feature.An RF switch ic with the General Purpose RF type.
