For optimal performance, the RF Switches use the Digi-Reel® package.As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C, RF Switch should perform well.As part of the HMC336 series of regulators, the high power RF switchs can be found.The high power RF switch operation is carried out by 8 pins.The RF switch ic runs on a 35μA supply current.RF type is General Purpose from the RF switch ic.RF Switch can supply voltages up to 5V.
