Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.HMC321 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 24 pins are required.An RF switch ic with the General Purpose RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 5V volts are available.
