For optimal performance, this RF Switch uses the Digi-Reel® package.As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C, RF Switch should perform well.As part of the HMC321 series of regulators, the high power RF switchs can be found.The high power RF switch operation is carried out by 24 pins.The RF switch ic runs on a 5mA supply current.RF type is General Purpose from the RF switch ic.RF Switch can supply voltages up to 5V.
