HMC252QS24ETR Overview
For optimal performance, this RF Switch uses the Digi-Reel® package.In this RF Switch, there are 24 terminations.As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C, RF Switch should perform well.As part of the HMC252 series of regulators, the high power RF switchs can be found.The high power RF switch operation is carried out by 24 pins.In addition to adding efficiency and stability to the RF switch ic, the CMOS/TTL COMPATIBLE feature brings even greater benefits.The RF switch ic runs on a 5mA supply current.RF type is General Purpose from the RF switch ic.RF Switch can supply voltages up to 3.3V 5V.
