For optimal performance, this RF Switch makes use of the Strip package.In this RF Switch, there are a total of 24 terminations.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when the RF Switch is in operation.The HMC252 family of high power RF switchs includes this high power RF switch.There are 24 pins that are used for the operation of the high power RF switch.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to the CMOS/TTL COMPATIBLE feature.A supply current of 5mAmps is required to operate this RF switch ic.General Purpose RF Type from the RF switch ic.3.3V 5V voltage can be supplied by the RF Switch.
