HMC244G16 Overview
Using the Strip package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.A RF Switch consists of 16 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.HMC244 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its CMOS/TTL COMPATIBLE feature.A 3mA supply current is required to power this RF switch ic.An RF switch ic with the Radar RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 5V volts are available.
