HEF4050BT,653 Overview
Using a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 3V~15V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~85°C TA. Buffer IC has 3mA 20mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle Push-Pull outputs. Network transceivers in the 4000B series include this one. There are 16 terminations on this ethernet transceiver, all of which perform different functions. 5V is required for its operation. The electric component has 16 pins. A total of Surface Mount applications can be accommodated by logical driver. A total of 16 pins are present on digital buffer. For each element, 1 bits are used.
