HAL103TQ-C Overview
In order to prevent damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). TO-243AA, Variant packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. In order to perform well, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 5.2mA. The maximum current that can be output by these switches is 50mA. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 5.2mA.
