GBPC6005/1 Overview
Basically, it is a 4-Square, GBPC-6 package-type electronic component.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed5μA is necessary.There is no mounting method for the device.At -55°C~150°C TJ, it operates normally.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 175A.This device provides maximum design flexibilrectifiery since rectifier has a zero output current.
